Inside Sales Associate (2 positions)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Qualifying and pursuing sales leads generated by marketing programs.
  • Cold calling into an assigned set of accounts to identify opportunities.
  • Produce sales in the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to develop relationships with channel partners/resellers.

Qualifications/Necessary Skills:
  • A hunter with closing skills.
  • Ability to present to prospects both in person and via the Internet.
  • Prospect for new opportunities and provide training and account management functions.
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and self sufficient.
  • Develop and Solve client business needs by providing software solutions.

In the past, you have:
  • A track record of results meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • The ability to work well with a team and wear multiple hats when necessary.
  • A high level of ambition, good judgment, instincts, professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent communication, presentation, qualifying, closing and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Executive Level Marketing Manager (Reports to CEO)

  • Draft and implement an on and offline direct marketing strategy to attract paying clients.
  • Identify and sign large agreements and strategic alliances with on and offline partners.
  • Own and manage all aspects of on and offline promotions to increase brand awareness in target audiences.
  • Design all marketing, public relations and other collateral materials.
  • Develop and manage radio promotions for Talent City.

Qualifications/Necessary Skills:
  • Minimum 15 years Marketing experience with at least 7 years Executive Level work
  • Ivy League MBA with GRAY HAIR.
  • Experience in Market Development, Channel Management, Corporate Branding and Direct Mail Marketing
  • Well respected and connected in the VC community
  • Created a "new" category for a product/service or company
  • Created a Marketing plan and managed tight budgets.
  • Successfully raised Venture Funding and or taken a company public
  • Experience in .com and Brick and Mortar Business in both a B2B and B2C environment
  • Experience in all aspects of the Entertainment Industry
  • Experience with Media Buying, Radio and Print Creative
  • Advertising and PR agency selection and management.
  • Hands on experience in Corporate Brand Management, Direct Mail and Strategic Planning.
